American Institute for Civic Leadership (AICL)

About the Program

The National Civic Leadership & Constitutional Literacy Program (NCLCLP) is a comprehensive middle and high school initiative developed by the American Institute for Civic Leadership to address the growing national need for neutral, academically rigorous civic education.

This program is intentionally designed to teach students how to think, not what to think.

Our curriculum is built on three core pillars:

1. Constitutional Literacy

2. Civil, Informed Debate

3. Real-World Civic Leadership & Engagement

Students learn how the Constitution structures government, how constitutional interpretation shapes public policy, and how respectful debate strengthens democratic trust.

This program is not political.

It is not ideological.

It is a national academic framework designed to rebuild civic unity, literacy, and confidence.
