About the American Institute for Civic Leadership

The American Institute for Civic Leadership is a nonpartisan civic education initiative focused on strengthening constitutional literacy, critical thinking, and informed engagement across communities.

Through structured curriculum, educator collaboration, and AI-assisted civic tools, AICL supports students, teachers, and institutions in understanding how government works, how policy is developed, and how informed participation can strengthen long-term outcomes.

Programs are designed to be practical, scalable, and aligned with real-world civic processes—bridging the gap between classroom learning and institutional understanding while maintaining a clear commitment to neutrality, transparency, and educational integrity.

Leadership

This initiative is led by its founder, Matt Davis, in collaboration with educators, community members, and institutional partners.
The work is structured to prioritize constitutional principles, transparency, and nonpartisan civic education, with a focus on long-term impact rather than individual recognition.

AICL is based in Louisiana and works with educators and communities across the United States.
